30 Day Returns & Exchanges
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your handmade item for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact. Any signs of wear or damage may disqualify the return.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping Costs:

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process:

Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
